8/13/25 - Intermittent Water Loss
August 12, 2025
On Wednesday, August 13, 2025, starting at 7:30 AM, we will be closing off valves along our 308 water lines in sections to locate a water leak. If we find any faulty valves during this time, we will replace them as well. Please be aware that there will be intermittent water outages throughout the day during this period. Please be advised that due to potential water outages tomorrow, there may be a boil water notice issued in the afternoon. If a boil water notice is enacted, we will send out a new alert to inform you.
We apologize for the inconveniences and assure you that we are working hard to prevent these issues from happening. We understand that you may have questions. Please feel free to call us at (972)483-6885 if you need anything.
